We treat patients with varied diagnoses in the general orthopedic and rehabilitation group. In addition to traditional Physical Therapy services, we provide manual therapy services. Manual therapy is an integral part of our treatments, and our therapists spend quality, hands-on time with each patient. We individualize each patient’s plan of care to return him or her to their optimal level of function.

Our therapists maintain an open line of communication with the patient, patient’s family, their physician and other health care practitioners who may be involved in the patient’s care.

Initial evaluation and treatment goals are, per request, sent to the physician to ensure continuity of care.
Progress reports are sent to the referring doctor at each return visit to the physician. We Provide:
