Val Kshirsagar, PT, OCS, CHT, of Cincinnati
Physical Therapy, Inc., suggests the following
to help avoid injury:
•Keep the wrist in a neutral position. Adjust your activity so the wrist is not maintained in a bent downward or upward position.
• Avoid repetition. If you must perform repetitive tasks, vary your hand position.

in a progressive setting, with
all treatments carried out by
licensed Physical Therapists.

in the Greater Cincinnati area
that has Board Certified Specialist

& Certified Hand Therapist.
To
provide exceptional physical therapy
services in a pleasant and motivating
environment, by professional,
friendly staff. |
We treat patients with
a variety of different orthopaedic
diagnoses including work related
injuries, sports injuries, hand
injuries, women's health, headaches
and dizziness, TMJ dysfunction,
incontinence and Parkinson's.
In addition to traditional physical
therapy, we also provide manual

being an integral part of our
treatments, our therapists spend
quality hands-on time with each
patient. We individualize each
patient's plan of care to return
them to their optimal level of
function. |

Our physical therapists belong to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Ohio Physical Therapy Association (OPTA)
We are continually praised by
our patients and our referring
physicians for our dedication
to personal care. In addition,
all of our therapists are skilled
and caring clinicians who keep
up with the recent advances in
the profession through on-going
continuing education. Our president
has board certification from the
APTA and the Hand Therapy Certification
Commission.
